Good app for employees with managers that know what they’re supposed to do. Your experience may vary depending on your hardware/OS it seems. This app updates frequently which is annoying because you won’t be able to log in until you update or look on the website. I find myself getting randomly logged out every other month or so as well for no reason. ALSO IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY THIS APP JUST GO TO THE WEBSITE. THE APP IS JUST A LITTLE MORE CONVENIENT.

Constant bugs for important things. E.g. the calendar is one day ahead all of a sudden and claims it’s Friday (it’s not, it’s Thursday), so it says I’m scheduled for today (when I’m scheduled for Friday). It was on time all week until just today, and now it looks like I missed my shift. Luckily I worked it out with my manager, but this is unacceptable. It’s too important to be bugged like this.

This app in 8 years never transfers when I get new phone. Always have to buy it again. And before the response of platform switching is mentioned. I have not switched from I phone to android or vice versa. Simply got newer version of same phone. Also fails to notify me of messages 90% of time even though settings are set to do so.
